We work exclusively with five-bedroom-plus properties. This focus means we are exceptionally well-versed in the specific demands of large HMOs — from multi-tenancy dynamics and licensing conditions to maximising room rates in the London market.

Our fee is 12% of rental income. That is it. No hidden charges, no surprises. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent, because that is how good long-term relationships are built.
